Canare High Density 75 ohm Video Patchbay

Canare Video Patch Panel

Suitable for all Serial Digital Video, AES/EBU/SPDIF digital audio and high bandwidth analog video formats. Applications include NTSC, CCTV, HDTV, computer graphics.

VJ-Series Digital Video Jackfields

Serial Digital Production equipment operates at super high data bit rates. Each interconnect component in the modern post production facility must be checked for 75ohm matched impedance and have sufficient headroom to pass signals up to 400-500MHz.

The Video Patchbay is a vital link in your signal distribution network scheme. Used as a supplement to routing switchers or as the primary stand alone component for cost effective switching, the Video Patchbay must perform routine operations as well as real life emergencies where any down time is unacceptable.

Canare true 75ohm Video Patchbays are designed for maximum reliability and will handle all Serial Digital formats with excellent return loss characteristics and very low signal reflections.

Patchbays are available loaded with either straight through or normal through, self terminating double-jacks which use sealed micro-switches and precision metal film resistors for termination. Jacks are electrically and mechanically isolated from adjacent jacks and standard longframe audio jacks may be used on the same panel for compact audio/video combined systems.
